Description
When a custom incident is created in a Java delegate or script, it does not suspend the process instance like the engine triggered incidents.
An example of such requirement is when some technical error occurs like an API call fails due to unavailability of the service. In such scenarios, the failed job can be retried later when the server is up. If a custom incident can suspend the process instance, the failed task can be easily retried.
