Tomcat 8 replaces Tomcat 7 in Distribution

    Description

      AT:

      • Tomcat 8 is added to the list of supported enviornments
      • Tomcat 7 is still supported
      • Documentation is up to date
      • Migration guide mentions that
        • Tomcat 8 is now included in the full distribution
        • users can now migrate to tomcat 8 if they like

      Already done:

      • Tomcat 8 is the default version of tomcat shipped in the distribution
      • Tomcat 8 is used in the integration testsuites

      TBD:

      • Should tomcat 6 stay supported as well?
      • Do we need to run integration tests with tomcat 7 as well? => depends on wheter we need to do any actual code changes in the platform. If not it may not be required

      NOTE:

      • this has NOTHING to do with the version of tomcat used for testing Apache Wink in the REST api testsuite!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
