Bug description
The collapse button of the operations panel scrolls with its content
Steps to reproduce the behavior
- Make sure there are enough operations
- Open the Operations Panel
- Scroll down
Problem - Current Behavior
The collapse button scrolls with the content and is not visible
Expected behavior
Only the panel content should scroll
The collapse button should remain in its position and should be always visible
