Bug description
Being at details page, if the instance progresses, the mouse cursor is still in "not-allowed" state for the activity that was not accessible before (see screenshot).
Steps to reproduce the behavior
1. Run Operate with demo data
2. Filter instances: Order process + Incidents + "Payment OK?" activity. like this
3. Go to details page of one instance
4. Add variable "paid=true" and wait till it's added
5. Retry incidents and wait till incident on gateway is resolved and diagram view refreshed
6. Hover the pointer over "Check order items" task
Problem - Current Behavior
Mouse cursor shows "not-allowed" state
Expected behavior
Mouse cursor shows "pointer" state
