      Add tooltip messages for invalid inputs in Filter Panel

      Solution draft

      Following messages should be shown in a tooltip on hover on exclamation mark icon:

      • InstanceId: "Id has to be 16 to 19 digit numbers, separated by space or comma"
      • Start Date / End Date: "Date has to be in format YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss"
      • Variable: "Variable has to be filled and Value has to be JSON"
      • OperationsId: "Id has to be a UUID"
