I can efficiently toggle timeStamps in the instances tree

      Description

      Given:
      I am on the instance page

      When:
      I click on the timestamp toggle

      Then:
      Timestamps shows for each eligible flow node instance in the tree.

      Hint:
      Atm, the whole tree is updated to achieve this.
      The Goal is to create a context so only the date itself is re-rendered not the whole tree.
