When I enter the instances page, I see updates for instances with active operations in Selections

      Description

      As an operator,
      When I access the instances page

      when:
      When I access the page for the first time and and I see at least one instance with an active operation in the selections, it shows the spinner even if the operation finished. This operations were not started by me, but were active when I accessed the page for the first time.

      then:
      Expected behaviour: I expect to see updates after the operation has finished.
