Description
As an operator,
I am on the Instance view page
When:
the instance has incidents:
- I can see the count of the number of incidents in the incident bar
- I can see an expand arrow
- I can click anywhere on the bar to see more details about the incidents. When I click, an overlay will open over the diagram.
- When I click again on the incident bar the overlay will disappear
