Description
Given:
I am on the instance page, of a workflow instance which has a single incident
When:
I look at the instance history the last row doesn't have a bottom border.
Then:
I resolve the incident, and the border shows.
Expected Behavior:
The border always shows.
Hint:
The bug doesn't show when there are multiple incidents. (see screenshot)
