I don't see a Filter Skeleton

      Description

      When:
      I enter or reload the instances page

      Then:
      I see the filter instantly, without the workflows and flowNodes selects needing time to be loaded.

      Hint:

      • If there is no workflow OR version selected we will show the related message immediately.
      • If workflow AND version is selected we will show the spinner until the related diagram is loaded.
      • The required data is available in the URL.
      • Select should be disabled but filled with the data which is encoded in URL and after all data is loaded the selects will be enabled.
