      Feature description

      In Zeebe the incident can be created for the workflow instance, not the specific flow node. Operate must be able to show such kind of incidents.

      Additional context

      This Zeebe issue describes, how the incident can be created in v. 0.22.x: https://github.com/zeebe-io/zeebe/issues/4099 Though it may be not reproducible after they fix it, so we need to find a reliable test case.
