Read name of the backend jar file dynamically for the start backend script

    Description

      After a minor release the name of the jar file to start the backend changes. Thus we have to adjust the hardcoded file name in the start backend script manually (see commit). Let's find this jar name dynamically so that we don't have to do this step after each upgrade.
