Documentation on which authorizations the user for basic authentication needs is incomplete

      Problem:

      • given:
        • I have a Camunda Engine/Platform running with basic authentication enabled
        • I run Optimize 2.2 and configure basic authentication to the engine with a user that has permissions as described here
      • when:
        • I start Optimize and try to log in with a valid user that has access to Optimize configured
      • then:
        • I get an error that the user does not have the correct rights
      • expected:
        • I can access Optimize
        • Optimize has all engine data imported

      AT:

      • it is documented that the user for basic authentication against the platform also needs Read permission for Authorizations and Users
      • this is back-ported up to Optimize 2.1 documentation

This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
