Move user task duration status to duration configuration

    Description

      AT:

      • the view property field in the report structure only contains the duration option for user tasks
      • the user task duration report has a configuration property userTaskDurationTime which is either idle, work or total, where total is the default option
      • the rest api documentation is adjusted accordingly
      • the upgrade script is updated such that the reports are transformed to the new structure during the upgrade

      Context:
      This is a preparation step, so we can create user task count reports. Similar to how it's done for flow node and process instance reports.
