Truncate long names in non-interpolatable charts

      In non-interpolatable Charts (displaying variable or flow node names), we currently display the full name of the variable or flow node. This takes up a lot of space and makes the chart area smaller which is especially apparent in Dashboards.

      We should limit the length of names we display along the x-axis. The full name of the entity should still be displayed in the tooltip

            Truncation to occur to an appropriate character number, dependant on the no of names to display and their length.

            Please leave visible the beginning and end of the name.
