Third Party License page contains invalid license link

      Context:
      in SRE-367 we discovered that the Optimize docs have a broken link on the backend license page:
      <li>httpasyncclient@4.1.2, <a href="LICENSE.txt">(Apache License, Version 2.0)</a></li>

      AT:

      • fix the particular invalid link either with a dedicated workaround or a generic solution
      • if feasible add a link verification step when building the license page (integrate with link checker build with SRE-367 ?)
