Consolidate engine client and engine extension

      Context:
      https://confluence.camunda.com/display/CO/2020-03-25+The+back-end+Senate+-+March+II
The data generator has a Simple Engine Client that does the same as the EngineIntegrationExtension. Would it make sense to have one engine client that we can use everywhere?

      AT:

      • there is only one engine client that is used in the data generator and the engine extension

This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
