Reduce Duplication between Decision/ProcessVariableQueryFilter

      Context:
      Initially both Filter implementations were quite different due to the different ways variables were stored for process (dedicated field per type) and decision instances (multifield usage). However as we aligned process instances to also use multifields we missed that both filter implementations Decision/ProcessVariableQueryFilter became quite similar.
