`process-instance` read only alias is missing after upgrade of event process instance indices

      Given:
      I have an existing event-process-instance index in Optimize 3.0.0
      and existing reports on the process

      When:
      I upgrade to Optimize 3.1.0 and look into the reports

      Then:
      There are no instances

      Expected:
      The instances should be there

      Hint:
      The cause is that the `process-instance` index was missed to be applied as read only index to the specific event-process-instance index after migration.
