Display the definitions for each entity within an entity list

      When discussing adding sorting to entities, there was the idea to display the definitions that each entity uses in the entity lists. This was considered out of scope as it's not something we currently resolve as part of the response. However, we should consider adding this in future. Note that it's probably not going to be a sortable field, as there is no way of naturally ordering the definitions in the case of collections, where each one would have multiple definition keys.
