When importing running or completed process instances, we create camunda activity events which depend on the fetching of the process definition. If we can't resolve the definition, for example if it has been deleted from the engine, the importer gets stuck.
ATs:
- We skip the creation of Camunda activity events if its definition has been deleted
- The importer doesn't get blocked in these scenarios
