Error response on export shows the user the json instead of an error notification

      Given:
      There is a problem causing the export of an entity to fail

      When:
      Export is triggered from the ui and the error occures

      Then:
      The user is redirected to the raw api response and leaves the Optimize UI

      Expected:
      an error notification with the error content should be shown
