changing version quickly after changing definition causes race condition

      Reproduce:
      This bug is very hard to reproduce

      • select a definition
      • on a slow connection, change the definition and then quickly change the version

      Observed,
      the old definition get selected instead of the new one

      Possible solution,
      Disable the version and tenant selection until the new definition is selected

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
