L3 - Default Description
Problem:
The title of deactivated date variable dashboard filters are inconsistent compared to instance date filters
Steps to reproduce:
- create a new dashboard
- add a report with a date variable to the dashboard
- add a start date filter to the dashboard
- add a variable filter for the date variable to the dashboard
- save the dashboard
Actual result :
- the start date filter says "Off"
- the date variable filter says "Select..."
Expected result:
- the date variable filter says "Off"
