      Problem:

Removing a report from a dashboard where an assignee/candidate filter is applied to it will keep the assignee filter, although the users added do not exist anymore.
Like variable filters, assignee/candidate filters needs to be removed when removing the associated reports.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a random report with a process definition. Save it.

      2. Open a new dashboard and place the report in it.

      3. add Assignee/candidate filter with some assignee applied.

      4. Go to the report and delete it completely

      5.  Go back to the dashboard

      Actual result :

**The assignee/candidate filter stays applied, and when trying to add a new assignee it shows a never ending loading indicator

      Expected result:

The assignee/candidate filter should be removed like the variable filter
