Please describe the missing/desired functionality:
When configuring a report, in Report Setup -> Measure it is only possible to use aggregation options for Duration. When I add Count, it doesn't have the same options.
When a report is grouped by month, I want to see aggregate statistics based on daily values. Average processes per day can be easily calculated, but min, max, and median statistics require the full daily data.
Additional 'nice to have' data would be the option to segment by other time periods (hour, week, month, quarter), but may be expensive to calculate and maintain
What problem would the feature solve?
Capacity planning (microservice performance tuning, database, network, etc) requires knowledge of how much load a system is going to take. Without aggregate statistics, users have to download a daily report and calculate aggregate statistics offline. This can be tedious, sometimes taking an hour a day.
This feature is important for a capacity plan
Hint
Potentially resolved through API + script
