Please describe the missing / desired functionality:

Allow SSO users to go to their own landing page, rather than the default Optimize login page with username/password

What problem would the feature solve?

      • SSO users can't use the Optimize username/password login page
      • Authenticated users without Optimize access go to the Optimize login page
      • Logged-out users go to the Optimize login page

      Scenario

GIVEN I am a Camunda user
AND I do NOT have authorization to access Optimize
AND I try to access Optimize
AND a custom landing page is set
THEN I am sent to the custom landing page
BUT if a custom landing page is NOT set
THEN I am sent to a basic unauthorized page
      (Eng+Design to determine the content)

GIVEN I am an Optimize user
      AND I log out
AND a custom landing page is set
THEN I am sent to the custom landing page

Without this feature, Optimize has flawed behavior and there's a 'dead end' for the user
