      Context:

      To be able to reach the backup API in CCSM, we need to expose the actuator port 8092 via the Optimize helm chart as well.

      We need to check that the actuator/backup API is reachable with the configuration from the Optimize helm https://github.com/camunda/camunda-platform-helm
