Brief summary of the bug. What is it ? Where is it ?

When enabling precision on a heatmap report with persisted tooltip, the tooltips are duplicated on the heatmap.

Steps to reproduce:

Create a heatmap report
Open the configuration option popover and enable "Tooltips - Show absolute values"
Enable the "custom precision" option inside the config

Actual result:

The tooltips with does not have custom precision is still displayed, which results in two tooltips on top of each other.

Expected result:

The tooltips with no precision are replaces with the precision tooltips so that we only have one precision at a time.

Testing Notes:

Create a heatmap report
Open the configuration option popover and enable "Tooltips - Show absolute values"
Switch the "custom precision" option inside the config on and off
Switch "Show Relative Value based on process instance count" config on and off when "Show Absolute Value" is enabled
