Original: When applying an InstanceEndDateFilter to a report, the result of getInstanceCountWithoutFilters() is faulty. For details, see video attached

New: When applying an InstanceEndDateFilter to a report, the result of getInstanceCountWithoutFilters() is faulty. For details, see video attached. In that case it should've shown 0 instances of 3702
