Display user name in C8SM

      Now that we use Identity tokens for authentication in C8SM, we can reconsider whether or not it is possible to display the user name in the UI. At the moment, only the user ID is displayed, which is not a very good user experience

      AT:

      • When logging in, the current user's name is displayed in the "Welcome, xyz" text

      Note:

      • We only get the name attribute from identity, it might not always be possible to display the first and second name

      Testing Notes:

      In C8SM, the user name should now be present in the top corner where it says "Welcome, xyz". In the past, it would instead display the user ID
