Description does not take the width of the name field in edit mode

      Brief summary of the bug. What is it ? Where is it ?

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a table report
      2. Add description around 388 character 
      3. Swipe to screen to the right 

      Actual result:

      After adding description to a report in edit mode, swipe to screen to the right. You will see Tooltip button is gliding to right. Also there is a blank between report modal and Save - Run buttons. See video. 

      Expected result:

      Tooltip should not glide. 

      Description should take the width of the name field also in edit mode. 

      There shouldn't be a blank space created by the screen swiping to the right when adding a description.
