Add digest toggle to processes list on dashboards page

      Context:

      To make it easier for an user to use the email digest, new toggle switch has to be added to each entry on the processes list

      AT:

      • add toggle switch to allow easy email digest activation/deactivation
      • toggling the switch on should open the configuration modal

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
