Context:
In Modals and popovers, we set the background to white because the default gray carbon color used in carbon cause color inconsistencies with the non carbonized component.
However, the carbon component inside modals and popovers does not respect this which cause color inconsistencies with those component. To avoid this, we just need to change the modals/popover theme to g10 instead of setting the background to white.
