Its not possible to remove dashboard description

      Context:

      When user removes the dashboard description, its empty value is set to null, but after refreshing the page when the dashboard data is fetched again, the last description is returned

      • Set a description for a dashboard
      • Remove description
      • Make sure that the description no longer exists
