Carbonise multi-process selection in template modal

      Context:
      As part of the work on carbonising multi-selects, we need to carbonise the multi-process selection that we use in our template modals.
      Those selections appear on the template selection modal when creating a new report or dashboard.

      AT:

      • Replace the multi-process selection with the carbon filterable multi select

      Testing Notes

      • Open the template selection modal by creating a new report or dashboard
      • You should see that the process selection is carbon based component
      • The process selection should work as expected:
        • allow selecting more than one definition up to 10
        • Disable the reset of the available options after selecting 10 definitions
        • It is possible to clear the selected definitions by clicking on the x icon on the selection count tag
