Make dashboard tiles clickable

      AT:

      • Dashboard report tiles except are clickable
      • Clicking on the tile will redirect the user to the report view

       

      Exceptions:

      Reports with Table & Pie charts visualization are not clickable because the click will interfere with copying / view more buttons inside them.

       

      Testing Notes:

      • Click anywhere on Dashboard tiles (see exceptions) navigates the user to the report view
      • Clicking on input elements such as buttons or dropdowns inside the visualization does not cause the redirection to the report view
