When creating a raw data report, the option to include new variables is selected by default. For new reports, this should be deselected by default. This corresponds to the work done in https://jira.camunda.com/browse/OPT-7302.
Testing Notes:
- New raw data reports have their "include new variables" selection box selected by default
- Existing reports are unaffected
