In Admin, user cannot be unlocked anymore

      Steps to reproduce

      1. In Admin, go to single user view
      2. Click in the sidebar on "Account"
      3. Click on "Unlock User"

      Observed behavior
      User is not unlocked.

      Expected behavior
      User is unlocked.

      Hint
      Change HTTP method from GET to POST.
