Preserve externally set MDC logging properties

      Current behavior:

      • on command context close, the engine clears all MDC logging properties that it added on open

      Problem

      • if the user had set the same properties before calling into the engine, the user's properties are cleared

      Suggested improvement

      • park properties on command context open and reset on command context close
