[CAM-12019] Support JBoss EAP 7.3

Hello Camunda-team!

In the supported environments for Camunda 7.13 I see (among others):

JBoss EAP 6.4 / 7.0 / 7.1 / 7.2
Wildfly Application Server 10.1 / 11.0 / 12.0 / 13.0 / 14.0 / 15.0 / 16.0 / 17.0 / 18.0 / 19.0

Based on my question in the forum [1], newer JBoss - versions are only tested when requested.

So hereby I kindly ask to add JBoss EAP 7.3 to the list of supported application servers for Camunda 7.13.

We will look into this. At the same time, I can not guarantee you that we will support JBoss EAP 7.3 any time soon. This will depend on whether it is feasible for us to support it and also on general interest in EAP 7.3 among the community.
