Cockpit: Add all the modification options in the Modify Tab

      Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation):

      As an end user, I would like to see all the modification options that are available in the diagram, in the Modify tab.

      Currently, diagram contains options "Start-Before (Multi Instance)", "Start-After (Multi Instance)", "Cancel (Multi Instance)" for process instance modification on multi-instance activities. However, these options are not available in the "Modify" tab.

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
