      wir hätten gerne ab der KW 37 einen Support Termin gebucht, wo das Zusammenspiel Cawemo/Camunda und die Architektur beleuchtet wird.

            Thanks for contacting us with this issue.

            It appears you have raised a Support request in the Camunda BPM project. Such issues are not subject to the agreed SLAs and they can be viewed by all internet users. Requests in the Support project on the other hand can only be seen by your authorized support contacts and us. You can find more information about this in our documentation.

            We will therefore close this request for the time being and create a separate Support request to follow up with you. However for the Support request, first I would need to know whom to add as a Reporter. Please note that reporter needs to have full permissions in Support project. As your account and Thomas Kiefer's account have read-only access in Support, I am afraid that I won't be able to add you or Thomas as reporter. In case you would like to know the support contacts who have full permissions, please feel free to ask.

            I went ahead and have created SUPPORT-11540 for this request. We have changed the account settings for Thomas Kiefer from read-only to full-access for now, and have added him as a reporter in the Support ticket. I will continue communication in SUPPORT-11540.
