When referencing a Glyphicon in the docs, we use a semantic button. E.g. on:
      https://docs.camunda.org/manual/7.15/webapps/cockpit/deployment-view/

This is bad for accessibility on the page, as we use a semantic button that can be focused but has no action attached. This might also be bad for screen readers and appears in the tab order.

      Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation):

      • <button> is replaced with a styled <div> or <span>

      Hints (optional):

Change the < glyphicon > template in the docs-theme repo
