      Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation):

      We can observe that the Scala FEEL engine performs 15-25% less performant than the previous DMN engine in certain scenarios.

      Investigate the root cause of the performance drop and check if we can provide a fix to increase performance for the Scala engine.
