Description (Required on creation; please attach any relevant screenshots, stacktraces, log files, etc. to the ticket): Customer would like to see the scriptEngineNameJavaScript and enableScriptEngineNashornCompatibility properties clearly documented in the process-engine configuration properties section and not just referenced in the JavaScript Considerations documentation. Here is the customers issue: "scriptEngineNameJavaScript" should be documented.  There should also be better documentation around when to use "scriptEngineNameJavaScript" and when to use "enableScriptEngineNashornCompatibility". h3.

Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation):      * The engine configuration properties {{scriptEngineNameJavaScript}} and {{enableScriptEngineNashornCompatibility}} are documented at https://docs.camunda.org/manual/7.17/reference/deployment-descriptors/tags/process-engine/     h3. Hints (optional): * We received user feedback that there should also be better documentation around when to use either of these settings (see linked support case)
