Start timer event fires although the process definition is suspended

      • Deploy a ProcessDefinition with a StartTimerEvent
      • Suspend the ProcessDefinition (includeProcessInstances = false)

      -> the existing job to start a process instance of the deployed process definition is still active (and not suspended) and will be executed from the job executor
