[CAM-1883] ScopeActivity has a wrong parentActivityInstanceId

For example:

Problem:
The "parentActivityInstanceId" of an ActivityInstance of such a ScopeActivity is equal to the id of the activityInstance himself.

Expected Behavior:
The "parentActivityInstanceId" of an ActivityInstance should be the id of the parentActivityInstance.
