      • It is possible for one plugin to provide a conditional override of it's own or another plugin's static resources.

      This makes it possible to replace or modify the assets (Html Views, Javascript, Images, ...) provided from one plugin by another plugin.

      Will be used by plugins which require valid EE-license key: if no license key it provided, they will serve a static error page instead of their actual assets.
