Configure Cycle Test Suite to not use SSLv3 on SVN test

      Currently the SVN test org.camunda.bpm.cycle.connector.it.Signavio2SvnIT isn't able to access the svn.camunda.com because it tries to use SSLv3 which was disable in response to Poodle SSLv3 attack.

      Note: Currently both cycle test jobs for 7.1 and 7.2 are disable because they are run it to a infinite loop instead of failing.

            Fixed for camunda cycle 3.0.
            Fix consisted of a library upgrade (svnkit 1.3.6 -> 1.8.6)
